RegioPlus, representing employers in Care and Welfare, needed a campaign to attract new talent to the sector. For the Ontdekdezorg Week, we encouraged 1.2 million healthcare workers to bring a friend to an event, making them the sector’s ambassadors.

The campaign included an online game, "the Z-factor," and a pop-up store at Utrecht Central Station, both aimed at boosting awareness and interest in healthcare careers.
